At United Colors of Benetton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
